We have started using RK Real Estate for the management of our property in Greeley Co. He is computer automated, and shares the same values as us for getting the right tenant matched to our property. He knows the in’s and out’s of the leasing industry and has provided us assistance with his knowledge of the industry. He is also a licensed broker so he can handle any situation that may arise.
